3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper use, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water submersion beyond IPX8 rating).

Products purchased through unauthorized channels or third-party sellers.

Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, color fading).

Batteries or consumable components (e.g., lubricants).

4. How to File a Claim

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Photos/video clearly showing the defect.

A brief description of the issue.

Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and provide resolution steps.

5. Quality Assurance

Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every product undergoes 6-stage quality checks, including functionality and safety testing.

Compliance: Products meet CE, RoHS, FDA, and other international standards.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).

This warranty is your sole remedy for defective products.

7. International Clients

Warranty services are available globally. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the claimant’s responsibility.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this warranty. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to orders placed after the revision date.
